It is different to many of the other programs because it is not a ‘quick fix diet’.

 

Instead, it’s a good quality wholefoods based diet that will give you enough energy to complete the challenging workouts and build a foundation of muscle, which is crucial to building your metabolism when you are over 40.

 

The foods in the program have a good proportion of good fats which will help balance fluctuating hormones and have proven fat-burning properties.

 

The exercise plan will increase your metabolism with 4 at-home strength training workouts and 3 HIIT workouts.
